Voltando a ativa quero trazer para vocês o que os colegas de blog já estão fazendo por aí afora, uma prévia do time titular e os reservas das posições.
Quarterback: Aaron Rodgers; Brian Brohm; Matt Flynn.
Titular: Aaron Rodgers
Reserva: 1- Brohm; 2- Flynn. (disputa equilibrada)
Escolho Aaron Rodgers como titular, pois é meio óbvio que mesmo que tenha problemas na pré-temporada, algo que não creio que irá acontecer, sua experiência contará na escolha. Com dois reservas rookies, Rodgers é certamente o #1 para o começo de temporada.
Brian Brohm e Matt Flynn têm talento. Brohm foi o destaque na Louisville e possui características semelhantes as de Favre, inclusive na pouca mobilidade e os problemas em dar o spin adequado a bola. Foi comparado mais diretamente com Drew Brees, porém tem uma boa altura e corpo para aguentar sacks. Flynn demonstrou um jogo muito bom e impressionou a todos nos mini-camps. Possui boa mobilidade e tende a scrambler, não possui um braço forte e seus lançamentos em profundidade podem ser facilmente interceptados. Assemelha-se a Rodgers em tamanho, porém possui o corpo maior e mais forte para aguentar a sacks.

Fica tudo como estava. Grant foi um achado após a lesão de Wynn na semana 8 e correu para mais de 900 jardas em apenas 7 jogos. Hall destacou-se, mostrou melhoras e finalmente com a entrada de um companheiro ágil, destacou-se com seus bloqueios. Combinado em várias formações com Kuhn e até Donald Lee, abriu muitos espaços, apesar de não receber tanto a bola.
Jackson e Wynn mostraram-se bons com o passar do tempo. Wynn explodiu no jogo contra os Bears, mas se machucou na semana 8 e foi colocado na IR. Seu companheiro Brandon Jackson depois de voltar de uma lesão apresentou-se bem nas jogadas de terceiro down e também na última semana, quando os reservas foram a campo contra o Lions. Nos "trilhos" Kuhn é imetiatamente o segundo. Vindo da FA, tinha pouca experiência, mas mostrou o mesmo estilo de jogo de seu companheiro Hall e se destacou com ajuda de Grant.
O batalhão que segue começando por Vernand Morency, Noah Herron, Corey White... estão no time a efeito de complemento apenas. Herron se machucou no ano passado e mal pudermos ver sua atuação. Vernand Morency é o homem de terceiras descidas e recepção de passes. Corey White não entrou em campo ainda, mas por seu tamanho, seria utilizado apenas como bloqueador.
Espero muitos cortes e a redução desta lista após os Training Camps.

Como no grupo de RB's, muitos nomes. Os titulares são Greg Jennings e Donald Driver. A posição de slot está disputada com Jones e o novato Nelson brigando por ela. Nos treinos houve um grande destaque de Brett Swain, a última escolha no Draft e de Chris Francies, adquirido na FA após o Draft.
Mike McCarthy gosta de usar as formações de empty backfield com até 5 receivers. Pelo menos vimos isso na última temporada, porém a questão é se Rodgers poderá segurar a onda tão bem quanto Favre nessas situações. Seria Rodgers tão confiável a ponto de deixar o backfield vazio ?
Quanto as outras opções no roster, muitos serão cortados até o começo de agosto, outros serão ao longo da temporada, porém precisarão melhorar para poderem ser aproveitados. Pelos videos dos mini-camps, continuam no pratice squad enquanto não estiverem no ponto para a NFL.
Tight Ends: Jermichael Finley; Joey Haynos; Tory Humphrey; Donald Lee; Evan Moore; Mike Peterson.

Reserva: Finley e ???
Time de TE's puxado basicamente por Donald Lee e Jermichael Finley, o rookie estrela de Texas. Finley fez mágica na universidade e possui mãos dignas de um receiver, porém tem um grande problema com os bloqueios. Pode ser utilizado nas formações como um Slot receiver. Lee apesar de toda a questão que gira sobre ele ser um bom TE ou não, possui boas habilidades como bloqueador e pode receber a bola. Espera-se que tenha uma boa temporada, se possível até melhor que a do ano passado, e se o fizer, tirará toda e qualquer dúvida.
Há mais quatro TE's brigando para continuar no time e assumir a posição de reserva. Porém não há uma certeza e não tenho opinião formada também. Destaco apenas o #49 Joey Haynos e seu tamanho monstruoso, 6 pés e 8 polegadas, maior que muitos Tackles por ai afora. Como diria para Derek Anderson, lance para cima a bola, que com certeza Braylon Edwards (que não tem mãos de tesoura) agarrará ela. O mesmo vale para Rodgers e Haynos, com a diferença que a bola se quer desce ao ser lançada.

Sem mistérios nessa posição. Os veteranos mais amados por Favre continuam como titulares e agora tem o papel de proteger um QB pequeno e propenso a lesões. Novidades são os Rookies Bruno Giacomini e Ryan Considine. Giacomini, filho de brasileiros ganha o nosso spotlight como patriotas que somos, torcendo para que se de bem em Green Bay e vista bem o amarelinho americano quando tiver oportunidade.
Orrin Thompson e Considine brigam para permanecer no time, mas um deles será colocado no pratice squad ou será cortado.
Guards: Allen Barbre; Daryn Colledge; Junius Coston; Ryan Keenan; Josh Sitton; Jason Spitz; Cameron Stephenson.
Titulares: Daryn Colledge e Jason Spitz
Reservas: Junius Coston, Allen Barbre e Josh Sitton
A linha ofensiva não muda muito aqui. A chegada de Josh Sitton apenas complementa o roster e os guards titulares são a dupla tatuada Colledge e Spitz. Coston e Barbre tiveram algumas oportunidades no ano passado e se apresentaram bem.
Apesar dos nomes, creio que essa seja a posição mais fechada com relação as reservas. Creio que os três reservas que citei permaneçam e os outros nomes sejam colocados no pratice squad.

Titular: Scott Wells
Reserva: Brennen Carvalho
Long Snappers: J.J. Jansen e Thomas Gafford
Posição necessitada de reforços aqui. Scott Wells é o titular, porém caso se machuque, como já aconteceu, o novato Brennen Carvalho terá de assumir o posto. Jason Spitz quebra o galho, porém não é Center de ofício.
Na posição de Long Snapper temos dois concorrentes, porém é incerto quem será o titular nas formações de punt e field goal.

O Flynn tá indo mal no mini camp hein! Só não vai pra Practice Squad se o Packers não arrumar um veterano razoável... o Brohm também não está brilhando mas é o reserva 1 mesmo... não vejo ele ameaçado pelo Flynn não... pelo menos por enquanto.

Quando quis dizer o impressionou, quis dizer pelo tamanho que ele tem na posição que ele se enquadra, como reserva.
Ele demonstrou um bom progresso e talvez tenha chances durante os jogos de pré-temporada.
A disputa é equilibrada entre Brohm e Flynn até o final dos Training Camps. Dali com certeza teremos um reserva. A questão é se Flynn consegue um destaque ainda maior.
